RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases of sale item(s) are considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions apply.

You may return full price item(s) only, for refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, subject the terms and limitations set out below.

Item(s) must be in their original condition (i.e., unharmed, unworn, unaltered, and odor free) with tags still attached together with their purchase invoice and its original packaging.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it/they will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. I.L.T has sole discretion determining whether the items purchased via the Website meet the criteria when returned.

Return Instructions - U.S Orders Only

Please submit a request at iltstore.us@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s). Items(s) must be in the original condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and odor free) with tags still attached together with their purchase invoice and its original packaging.

Note that shipping and handling is not refundable, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment.

 

​Please be sure to send the package using a trackable shipping method. Please insure your package for full retail value of the item. I.L.T will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you return to the Website is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

Return Instructions - International Orders

All international returns must be shipped back to I.L.T at the customer's expense. Any applicable custom's fees are the customer's expense.

You will receive an email notification once the item(s) arrived at I.L.T.

Refunds

If you request a refund, I.L.T will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within 10 to 14 business days of receipt of the product return by crediting your original form of payment, debit or credit card. You will receive an email notification once we have issue the refund. Under no circumstances will you be granted an electronic credit usable on the Website.
